Suggested Use GGANBU Mix
Korean Fried Chicken (Crispy fried chicken)
- Mix 20g of Basic Marinade Mix and 100ml water to 1kg chicken meat and massage.
- Let it sit and marinate for 2 hours at a cold temperature.
- Predust with Crispy Batter Mix, then dip in the batter solution
(100ml water + 180g Crispy Batter Mix)
- Bind with Crispy Batter Mix and shake off the batter dust to make curl patterns.
- Deep-fry at 180'C till fully cooked and golden brown.
Oven Chicken (Oven chicken)
- Mix 40g of Basic Marinade Mix and 100ml water with 1kg chicken meat and massage. - Let it sit and marinate for 2 hours at a cold temperature.
- Cook in oven at 200'C for 15~20minutes till fully cooked.
Gangjung Chicken (Sweet & spicy fried chicken)
- Add and mix(or brush) 100~150g of Gangjung Sauce with fried chicken.
Garlic Soy Chicken (Sweet garlic soy sauce fried chicken)
- Brush(or topping) 50~200g of Sweet Garlic Soy Sauce on the fried chicken.
Padak Chicken (Sweet & sour mustard fried chicken with green onion salad)
- Mix(or brush) with 50~150g of Buldak Sauce with the fried chicken.
(Optional) Add mozzarella cheese on top and melt with blowtorch.
Cheese Seasoning Chicken (Cheese seasoning sprinkled fried chicken)
- Dust 30~100g of Cheese Seasoning Mix on the top of fried chicken.
